Speaker Buddies

Popular British designer Alex Underwood showed of his new series of speakers called "speaker buddies" at the annual London Design Festival this weekend. These speakers were designed to resemble small children and work only in pairs. They are made from light-weight polystyrene and are easy to move. These would definitely be an interesting pair of speakers to show off at the crib. [Via DesignCorner]

Axolute Sink

Not only does this sink look awesome, but it doesn't have a drainpipe. Rather, it does, but it's all hidden and whatnot. It seems like it would splatter all over you, but such is a such a small price to pay for such G'd up-ness. Axolute Design via Gizmodo via Trendir via DVICE via your mom.

Featured Designer - Isamu Noguchi

How come all dope designers and artists have dope names? Isamu Noguchi, Dale Chihuly, Lino Tagliapierta. It's like the doper the name, the dopiest the design. This table comes in a few finishes, and you can buy it here, along with lots of other stuff made by Noguchi. This guy makes everything from spoons ($90) to sofas ($10,000). The table's only a couple G's though.

Let There Be Light

Leave it to sneakhype to bring you the sickest light fixtures you've ever seen in your entire life. I challenge any reader of sneakhype to find a fresher fixture. Please please please, if you believe that you know of light fixtures that can top these Andromeda Murano light elements from Italy, email eg [at] sneakhype [dot] com and show me what you got. I can't imagine they're sexier than these bad babies. Click the link to see even more of these lights... their portfolio is seriously insane.
