Xlarge and Takashi Murakami, the artist responsible for Kanye's albumn artwork, hooked up to create a watch. The watch was actually built by Citizen and it features Murakami artwork on the watch face and engravings on the back and come in some crazy packaging seen below. Takashi Murakami Design the Louis Vuitton 5th Ave. Store

For the opening of its 5th Avenue Flagship store Louis Vuitton covered the Facade of their building in with Murakami's signature Multi-colored all-over print. The outcome is crazy. Takashi Murakami Exhibition

Takashi Murakami, the popular artist responsible for the Kanye's Graduation Album artwork, just held a show at FABRIK's art Gallery. The show was mostly devoted to his art-work that has earned him respect all around the world. The Japanese artist has a unique ability to combine modern art with pop-culture. The exhibition included works from 2001-2008 some of which you may recognize. The show is taking place now until September 30th.

New Kanye West Video

Kanye just released his new video for Good Morning. Takashi Murakami helped with the animation of this video. It's not too hard to tell though the whole video is based off his Album artwork off of Graduation.

Takashi Murakami New Art Exhibit

One of Sneakhypes favorite artist, Takashi Murakami, who created the artwork for Kanye's latest album will be having an show at the brand new art gallery Fabrik Contemporary Art. The gallery is located in Hong-Kong and will feature Takashi's art from 2001-08. If your in the area you should check it out.
